At Bumblebee Yoga, we believe that yoga can be for everyone, in some form. However, as with any exercise or movement, there is a real risk of injury. While we take all reasonable steps to mitigate this risk, it cannot be entirely eliminated.
Some movements in yoga are not recommended or safe for certain medical conditions. We recommend that you consult your GP or healthcare provider prior to participating in any new activities, including yoga. By marking your agreement to this waiver, you affirm that a licenced physician has verified your health and physical condition to participate in the program.
It is your responsibility to make the instructor aware of any health and medical conditions or physical limitations prior to commencing the class. You must also make the instructor aware of any changes to your health status or physical condition, including but not limited to: injury, illness, surgery, or pregnancy. The information that you share with Bumblebee Yoga remains confidential.
It is your responsibility to practice yoga within your physical and mental limits on any given day. The instructions given throughout the class are for guidance only. If you feel discomfort or strain at any point in the class, you agree to discontinue the activity and seek support from the instructor. You agree to adjust your practice according to your level of ability and comfort, and the decision to engage in any posture or activity remains yours.
Bumblebee Yoga and instructors are not liable for any injury, accident, or health impairment resulting from participating in the class, or utilizing the techniques suggested in the class.
The information communicated by Bumblebee Yoga is not intended as a substitute for proper medical advice.
